Went to the Rosalie Gascoigne exhibition and also saw 2 short films about her at the NGV Ian Potter Gallery at Fed Square. She is such an inspiration. I love her quirky sense of humour, and her sesnitive asppreciation of the landscape.
The floor talk by the curator of the Making a Mark exhibition Alisa Bunbury, was excellent. She gave us some interesting insights into the way the collection had been assembled. It was lovely to see the works again.
After much experimentation and indecision, I decided on the pictures to submit today. We delivered them in 35 degree heat. They will be part of the exhibition http://www.lindenarts.org/calendar_2009.php
