Il ritorno by Circa

Saturday I went to see Il Ritorno, by Circa at the Playhouse Melbourne.
The performance was a cross between lyrical dance and circus moves using Monteverdi’s opera Il Ritorno D’Ulisse in Patria by Monteverdi as the basis of the musical component. It was absolutely breathtaking - moving and inspiring.  The story of loss, searching, homecoming.....
I will certainly be going to more of Circa's works.

Singapore Landmarks

Extraordinary architectural feats. Amazing ambition and determination to build surprising edifices.
The super trees are huge ecosystems, covered in plants, with photovoltaic cells on the top,  powering water purification and was treated recycling.  An extremely complex and expensive demonstration of an artificial system imitating life.
