An afternoon walking around the gardens on in autumn provided many opportunities for colourful images.

Autumnal Equinox Group Show

Opening Saturday 16th April 4-6pm at 69 Smith St Gallery.
The show runs from 13th April to 1st May
Wed - Sat 11am - 5pm
Sunday 12pm - 5pm
I have entered 3 photographs in this show. The criteria was that they had to be inspired by the Autumn Equinox.

Diana camera

New assignment for NMIT Visual Art Diploma - use a Diana Camera to create images emphasising the qualities of the Diana camera.

The Diana was a cheap camera made in the 1960s by the Great Wall Plastic factory in China. It uses 120 film  which can support  rich images, but the lenses on the camera are plastic and low quality. Hence a dreamy saturated characteristic sets the Diana apart.

I have taken my first roll of film using a borrowed camera from NMIT.
