Today we were introduced to the technique of creating paper negatives in the Photography class.
Using the negative strip to create a positive image on photo paper, then developing this, and using it in the enlarger to create a new image.
It gives a lovely ethereal effect.
Harks back to very early photographers who had to use it due to their technology.

These days it is used as an 'alternative' technique.
