Brisbane Weekend
We went to Brisbane to see the Andy Warhol Exhibition at GOMA.
We also went to the Brisbane Art Gallery and saw Narcissus Garden created by Yayoi Kusama whose 2000 mirror balls made wonderful noises.

Tonight in class we scanned items for our Photoshop collage project.I scanned some of my favourite art pieces, but I guess the crossword is a good down to earth image.
Helpful advice about how to scan for the web - previously I had just chosen the option on Photoshop - File, Save for Web.
Tonight we learned that it is better to use the menu option Image, Image Size. Then set the width to 380 pixels and this reduces the size and proportions dramatically.
The Mac has an option to chose between 4 options for publishing.
I could not see that in the PC version however.

Beginning of the fairmuse blog....
It is the first night of Digital Images class at NMIT.
We have been asked to create our art blog and to think about editing it.
Next week we need to bring images to scan and to start to make our blogs more attractive.
