Sunday was a beautiful autumn day spent at the Exhibition Gardens wandering around the exhibits at the Garden Show.
Sublime.
A great opportunity to try out some clip on lenses for the phone camera.
Very pleased with the results, especially the macro lense.
This hospital was founded during the second world war for injured air force troops. It then catered for other soldiers from that war and subsequent ones.
I passed this abandoned area on the way to a training day in part of the new hospital.
My thoughts went to all of the sadness that these buildings held, and still do.
Last Friday was the opening night of the 'Out of the Blue' exhibition. It us on until Feb 27th at the QV building.
At the National Gallery today to see the Triennial Exhibition. Loved the presence of the Deux Ex Machina tshirt while I was looking at this art work.
Next Monday we hang our work for this exhibition at the Queen Victoria Women's Centre. The official opening is Friday Feb 2nd at 6pm. If you are in the city, call in... the venue is close to good places to eat!
