Painting of a Rose

 I love roses and have many in my garden. In particular I love this Julia's Rose. It changes from orange to a coffee colour as the bloom matures.

 

Group exhibition at Space2b

 Very happy to have installed our group exhibition called 

CONNECTIONS  at Space2b at 144 Chapel St, St Kilda. 

We are four friends, very different styles, working in different mediums, but the exhibition looks very coherent.

The intimate  gallery is behind a social enterprise shop selling beautiful handmade items created by refugees and local designers. It is a great place, so warm and welcoming.

The exhibition opening is on Thursday November 10th at 6pm

This is the mental map of the neighbourhood that I formed during my daily walks during the long lockdown. I have made it very colourful to counter the grey memories of that ling winter

Alphington Winter Art Exhibition

I have entered two works in the Alphington Winter Art Exhibition 2022. 

So nice to be able to participate in such a great community  an event after not being social for 2 years
